estos is a technologically leading Unified Communications & CTI software manufacturer on the subject of communication.
The innovative products are designed for use in companies.
Task
estos commissioned a comprehensive repositioning of the company.
The brand values had to be communicated adequately. The touchpoints along the customer journey had to be reworked for the website. Access to the product world and the variety of possible applications had to be redeveloped. Downloads, product videos and the online store also had to be integrated.
The multilingual website is to be supplemented with a comprehensive video training offering for customers and partners.
Strategy
As part of the repositioning, it becomes clear that the logo and corporate design need to be fundamentally revised. The corporate colors and the image concept used are also adapted. Photos are created anew.The website concept is designed in a customer-centric way. Applications are given a prominent place. The call-to-action is implemented throughout. Photos and videos are used to describe software functionalities. References and customer statements are the most important confidence building blocks.
Result
The brand is revised and modernized. A new logo, new fonts, color and image worlds are defined. The new brand world is rolled out across the entire company and all communication elements.
The website relaunch includes redesign of the information architecture as well as a variety of new content elements.
The feedback from companies, customers and partners is overwhelmingly positive.
