Content Marketing for 3 Startups of the PlanetHome Group
Company
The PlanetHome Group is one of the leading real estate service providers in Germany. With a focus on the holistic support of construction projects and the sale of multi-family houses, the Group sets new standards in the real estate industry with three spun-off subsidiaries.
Task
For the three newly founded startups RE8, VIV and NYM within the PlanetHome Group all content is to be created. The underlying content strategy is to be developed in coordination with SEO. The entire website content is to be created on the basis of workshops with the managing directors of the new companies.
The coordination between individual business strategy and integration into the corporate group is a key issue here. The startups stand on their own, but still bring with them the experience and know-how of the parent company. The resulting mix of dynamism and experience is to be conveyed in the content strategy.
Strategy
In close collaboration with the client, we develop a strategy for each of the three companies. In one-day workshops, we develop personas and customer journeys. Taking into account the brand essence and beliefs of the respective company, the content strategy is created.
The startups stand for the redefinition of the real estate market. Especially honesty and trust as well as many years of experience are to be communicated.
Content and SEO strategy are aligned to these requirements. Pillar/cluster concepts with integration of a blog are designed for optimal search engine optimization.
Result
Three completely new websites for PlanetHome's subsidiaries are launched on schedule. In close coordination with the design agency and the developers, VIV, NYM and RE8 are given an appearance and texts that appeal to new customers and convey the positioning. Immediately after going online, the pages are found in Google for the first important keywords.
